Introduction of the experts:    
Harry Parker MBA.
        He is the President of The Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Roundtable (APEAR) and International Board Member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association of Australia (EAPAA), Director of international development OSA Group Pty Ltd. He has over 35 years experience in EAP management, marketing and client relationship management. In addition, he is a persistence advocator for promoting the highest standards of professionalism within the EAP Industry particularly throughout the Asia Pacific Region.

  Dr Ashwani Kumar
         Director of India Santulan EAP Counseling Co., Ltd. He is a senior emotional health professional with more than 20 years of counseling experience. In addition, he has rich experience in Work-place Alcohol and Drug Prevention and Treatment, On-site, Off-site Counseling services, trainings and EAP management. Dr. Kumar has conducted trainings and workshops in UK, USA, Singapore, Bangladesh and Srianka.
   
Russell J. Hagen
        Russell J. Hagen is the Chief Executive Officer of Chestnut Health Systems, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Chestnut Global Partners, LLC. Mr. Hagen has 32 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field that includes employee assistance and workplace services, addiction treatment and prevention, mental health treatment and applied research. He has served as CEO of Chestnut and Chestnut’s subsidiary corporations for 25 years. Mr. Hagen has significant experience as a trainer and consultant to diverse audiences including corporate leaders, organizational supervisors, line employees and other professionals.
  Daolong Zhang, M.D.
         Daolong Zhang, M.D. the Medical Director for Chestnut Global Partners and Psychcn-CGP. He is one of few Chinese-American psychiatrists engaged in EAP and psychological counseling with ABPN. Dr. Daolong Zhang is also the part-time consultant working with several world top 100 enterprises, offering training programs for enterprisers and expatriates of domestic and international enterprises, with topics ranging from modern enterprise system, cross-culture adaptation to occupational planning and so on.

Introduction of Experts    
Matt Mollenhauer
Matt Mollenhauer is the Director of Operations for CGP and a licensed clinical professional counselor in the U.S. He received his M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Illinois State University and is the Past President of Illinois Chapter EAPA. Matt has extensive experience in the design and delivery of all aspects of EAP services. Along with Dr. Zhang, he has provided EAP training to over 500 Psychcn counselors in Beijing and Shanghai and is very involved in ongoing training and supervision of staff in the joint venture.

 
Alicia Mei
Alicia Mei Clinical supervisor for Psychcn-CGP Alicia Mei earned her MSW degree from the University of California at Berkeley and has extensive experience in the U.S. providing psychiatric social work and psychosocial interventions. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Ms. Mei has conducted numerous professional seminars on mental health related topics in both the U.S. and China.
   
Guanglan Xiao
Guanglan Xiao Operation supervisor for Psychcn-CGP Received her M.A. degree in Clinical Psychology from Peking (Beijing) University and has extensive experience as a practicing counselor and trainer of counselors.
