He’s currently the CEO of EAPA. Dr. John Maynard has 28 years of history of prolonged service to the EAP. In 1997-1998, he co-led the process of writing the current EAPA Sta -ndard and Professional Guidelines for EAP.

Brenda R. Blair

        Brenda R. Blair, MBA, CEAP, is President of Blair Consulting Group, Inc., a consulting firm interested in the relationship between employee personal issues and employer productivity. Always finding new ideas and opportunities, the company has a team of first class consultants. Formed in 1983, the company consults on EAP, work/life, health & productivity, expatriate support, coaching, resilience, organizational effectiveness, and international service delivery strategies.
         A popular speaker, Brenda has presented to professional audiences in the US, UK, Japan, Trinidad, China, Canada, Greece and South Africa.
         Brenda was EAPA's first recipient of the prestigious Member of the Year Award in 1988. Other awards include the EAP Hall of Fame, Georgia Tech EAP Leadership Award and North Carolina EAPA President's Achievement Award. She has authored numerous articles.

ErPing Wang

       Wang Erping, Ph.D, he is a Research Fellow at Social and Economical Behavior Research Center, Institute of Psychology, China Academy of Science; a doctoral advisor; Member of the Academic Committee and Diploma Committee, Institute of Psychology; member of editorial committee of the “Advances in Psychological Science” journal. He’s currently the Vice Director of the China Psychology Society Industrial Psychology Committee, the Vice Secretary of Beijing Social Psychology Society, Member of China Ergonomics Society Cognitive Ergonomics Committee, Member of International Association of Applied Psychology, and International Member of Academy of Management. He has rich research experience in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and directed several research project sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation.

Christopher Pawson

      Christopher Pawson is the Manager of the Owens Corning, Employee Assistance Program. He joined Owens Corning EAP in 1994 and has a passionate interest in the success of employees and their families.
        Owens Corning is home to 20,000 employees worldwide. Chris has developed programs to tie EAP with Safety, Wellness, Disability, Medical, and HR.
       He has earned his Masters Degree in Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, National Board Certified Counselor, and a Substance Abuse Professional. He has also completed Advanced Training in Critical Incident Stress Management.
        In addition to his career at Owens Corning, he also has a small private counseling practice. Chris’ professional experience includes business, sales, education, administration, and counseling.

HARRY PARKER Director International Development OSA GROUP Pty Ltd MBA

      Harry has made a major contribution towards the successful establishment and the strong growth of OSA Group since its inception in 1993. OSA Group is now the leading provider of behavioural risk management services in Australia.
        Harry’s role within OSA Group is risk management, client relationships, management, marketing, business development, contract negotiation, ethics and corporate governance. He has over 35 years experience in business management, marketing and client relationship management.
        He is a Director and shareholder of OSA Group Pty Ltd and a strong advocate for promoting the highest standards of professionalism within the EAP Industry particularly throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
       Currently, Harry is the Treasurer of Employee Assistance Professionals Association International (EAPA - Australian Branch). He is the President of The Asia Pacific Employee Assistance Roundtable (APEAR) and International Board Member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association of Australia (EAPAA).

Daolong Zhang, M.D.

        Daolong Zhang, M.D. the Medical Director for Chestnut Global Partners and Psychcn-CGP, is a licensed physician and a board-certified psychiatrist in the U.S. He is also an adjunct professor at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Dr. Zhang has been instrumental at introducing and improving behavioral health services in China and is a frequent consultant to U.S. companies doing business in China. Dr. Daolong has offered training programs for enterprisers and expatriates of domestic and international enterprises many times, topics including modern enterprise system , cross-culture adaptation and occupational planning.

Daniel HughesPh.D.

        Dr. Hughes is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). He has completed broad professional training in the Social and Behavioral Sciences.
        He holds Masters Degrees in both Social Work, and Cultural Anthropology. His doctoral research focused on the life-ways of a group of inner city men building upon the practice and theory of Urban Anthropology.
        Presently, he is the Director of the Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and an Assistant Professor of Community and Preventive Medicine, Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Hughes has been a member of Boston College’s Work Family Roundtable representing the Mt. Sinai-NYU Health System.
        He is the immediate-past President of the NYC Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) and the current chair of EAPA’s Research Sub-committee. Lastly, Dr. Hughes serves as a member of the Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Physician Wellness Committee (PWC). In this capacity he participates in investigations and interventions involving impaired medical practice.

Michael Paolercio

        Michael Paolercio, CEAP, MPA, is the Director of the Employee Assistance Program for the San Francisco Giants Baseball Team, an organization that houses the only full-time, organization-wide, internal EAP in professional sports. He has worked in the field of emergency psychiatry since just before the Pleistocene Age, and is an experienced disaster and trauma counselor who traces his EAP work to his own recovery from the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake and subsequent work at the Cypress Street freeway collapse. He eventually wrote a book about this experience that was in print for all of about twelve minutes.
        In his current role, Michael provides EAP services to employees and families of the San Francisco Giants on a year-round basis, both throughout the United States as well as seven foreign countries. Additionally he also directs the Work/Life and Wellness Program for employees and family members at SBC Park, home of the 2002 National League Champion San Francisco Giants.

       Dr Ashwani Kumar is a senior emotional health professional with more than 20 years of experience with individuals seeking help for emotional health issues. His interest in EAP started with Work-place Alcohol and Drug Prevention and Treatment issues in early 90s. In late nineties he started Full Fledged EAP services.
